its not unrealistic to choose to not eat it, i dont eat it and im not super well off even when i was stressed i just cooked the pasta not from mac and cheese or kd in canada. its just a choice when i was depressed i didnt eat it....
My babysitter used to give me a time limit on eating. If I didn't finish my food within x amount of time, I'd get in trouble. The habit just kinda carried on, so I do it unconsciously.

This came up on my feed as I'm eating dinner, and thanks to your advice of adding not subtracting, I'm eating a more balanced meal than just cold pizza 😅 even if it's just as simple as grabbing an apple or some carrot sticks
this makes me feel so much better about my eating habits. my brother shits on me for eating things like mac n cheese and grilled cheeses but i'm autistic and have a LOT of food aversions so i find it hard to eat a lot of foods, and this series just makes me feel better about it because that's exactly what i do. it's mac n cheese with cauliflower and broccoli, grilled cheeses with tomatoes and ham etc
