See, the whole reason a lot dislike the game, is the biggest reason I love it, going back through as Dante absolutely toying with bosses is incredible 😂
7:30 I've always figured that Dante and Veril used an ability called "Devil's Will" and that's why the can do some of the insane stunts that they preform.
I love that his singing the lyrics as what I can only assume is Vergil sounds like Wesker. Like you don't even have to do much to combine the characters. Just make Vergil a little more arrogant, give him the funny sunglasses, pallet swap his colors from blue to black, and have him smoke 64 packs a day and boom "Versker"
We need a sequel. You know I should replay this game. Also fun fact all of geroge's lines about the presidents and tmnt were added specifically to the American version because the devs thought it'd make it more relatable to Americans it's goofy and makes no sense but i love it also a japanese exclusive i wish was in the american version is a version of the wooden sword that plays snakes voice lines (i guess they either couldn't get david hayter, couldn't rip them from another game, or just figured it was too much work to rerecord the lines for a single weapon)
I played hundreds of hours of this game about 8 years ago. If Tolkien is your thing, and as the video says, if you are even remotely open to playing mmorpgs I cannot recommend this game enough. It is by far the best "Middle Earth" experience of any video game.
The game's AI is designed to create action in slow parts of the game, and it counters other aspects of the game such as the testing mechanic. So if you have two NPC's with you, even if you test them both, you should expect one of them to transform eventually. If you come across a third NPC with those original two, usually the game will force a transformation of one of the original two you've had with you or the new NPC. Just to create a moment of action and something for you to fight.
What I didnt realize when I first played was that some chacters are better with certain weapons than others. Because of thise, they can use attacks with those weapons that others couldn't. Its been a while since I played but I remember Black Lotus being really good with the rapier and Red Shadow being giod with the short sword/dagger. I can't remmeber the guy in the Blue's name but he was good with the broadsword.
Sooo... Salim lived. Don't know what ya'll are talking about, GOOD END. And I doubt you'll come back and see this, but I feel compelled to ask anyway: The Devil in Me, when?
