I'm not a football fan at all but not to sound gay not that's there's anything wrong with that but Sam your still a good-looking man but please Sam for the love of god trade the buggy smugglers in for a pair of board shorts and you would be a 10/10 😂
The vegetables and chicken have to be at room temperature and the frying pan very, very hot. That way the vegetables do not stew in the steamer and the chicken is nicely seared (and not stewed). It's all supposed to happen very quickly.
