looking at the breakdown in the comments gave me some insight on the cap limit. honestly you could change a bit around and have a speed trap survivor for quick lament and proving ground runs. which i guess would just be good survival in apoc(for just running) with like challenger/handler and black cat.
I've got Explorer as secondary and Handler as primary and even with the exact same rings, the potion that gives you 10% for 60 minutes and when I use the speed skill from the explorer and handler howl skill I'm only getting about 140% movement speed so not sure where your 200% is coming from??
Baseline 100%, support dog howl +25%, rings +25%, amulet +21.8% at 145 weight, swiftness +15%, concoction +10%, spirit of the wolf perk +10%, total 206.8% reduced to the new cap of 200% (previously 150% without heavy carry)
I've got the exact same setup and when i pop the explorer and handler skills and open my stats screen I get 140% movement speed...can you show a pictureof your stats screen so I can see this 200%.
@@edk6593My stat screen shows 91.8% (momentum driver off). The 200% movement cap mentioned in the patch notes is going off a 100% base that isn't included in stat screen. Your 140% stat screen adds to a 100% base so you're 40% over the movement cap
@@aQualityBuildjust so u know, i found that explorer’s perk’s movement speed buff is multiplicative. Its not actually 20% but its 1.2 x 156.8% (the one u have before buff) so the explorer movement speed buff is actually 31,36%
Just so you know, Heatwave is bugged and gets 2x the normal benefit from every source of status duration, so when using Timekeeper and Affliction the ENC explosion is 4 times stronger than it should be. You can expect it to be fixed in the next update most likely.

Ty I'm happy you enjoyed, Atonement is there to activate hardcore metal band for permanent 25% damage reduction. The amulet is there for more aoe and damage yes. High burst damage when you apply a strong status effect that has a long duration. It's abnormally strong for mods like firestorm or heatwave, I was doing ~8k heatwave bursts on a glass cannon setup. Indignant fetish is an amulet I use on a similar build. Atonement keeps its effects permanently active for 20% all damage and 10% damage reduction. Heatwave loses a lot of value without energized neck coil, so I replaced it with corrosive rounds, and replaced leaking gemstone with alchemy stone (stays active from atonement). Also removed amplitude and spirit trait points, then put them into 6 strong back and 10 leech+siphoner. I'm starting to prefer this build since heatwave can be inconsistent with nano swarm in the mix putting ENC on cooldown, and puddles making enemies immune to burning is annoying.
I've been playing this game since it came out and still don't know how to get those gears with good passives, all I get are basic passives with 2 or 3 rare ones, where can I drop that kind of gear, or is it only craftable?
Parasitic armor with vex armor feels better to me. Replaced holster amp with sprint boost, vigorous swap with primed flow, hornet strike with lethal torrent, primed pressure point with quickening, and the blue shard with another red strength
The Energy Nexus mod is kinda useless imo. You dont get to generate energy when kinetic plating and the redline is running which both counts as channeling abilities and are necessary on gauss
They are considered channeling abilities for some interactions like with seismic bond, but energy nexus still generates energy during them. Energy nexus doesn't work during mach rush, though. But the build definitely doesn't need it, both it and streamline are just there for comfort
Thanks for the guide, but im having an issue. Instead of doing electric damage i keep changing the element. In your vid i dont see you hit anythin else to activate the arcane so idk what am i doing wrong.
