The problem with tested meets is you are tested day of meet based on your place. So theoretically you can cycle off in time to test clean but still reap the benefits of the juice.

Time under tension will make you stronger at the point you have reached. 3 up 2 down in every lift, dropping those deads at the end is leaving some strength on the floor. After you have been training for 20-30 years it's fixing the little things to reach that last 10% of natural potential if that makes sense. I've enjoyed seeing you grow over the years, you're on a good path sir. Fetch water chop wood every days, rinse repeat, this is life. Nothing good is easy and nothing good comes easy.
