Would love to see a DRZ 400 in the UK, Some thing with a bit more power that the CRF300l / Rally and Some thing a bit lighter than the Tenere, which is a bit to heavy for off road. Put suspension on it for a 90KG rider. Price it between the CRF and the Tenere ,You're on to a winner.
Got my 1985 GSXR750F over 24 years ago and currently just waiting for it to be heritage status just like my 1979 GS550E heritage status motorcycle I have had for over 30 years. They just do not build them like this anymore and no road tax or mot's to faff with.
I remember seeing the Katana when it 1st came out in the early 1980s . Today I own a 2003 Katana 750 which looks nothing like the original one and was sold here as the GSXF 750 in Australia . It vibrates at 100kph , is uncomfortable at the legal speed limit of 100 kph on the open road , gives me sore wrists , neck and bum after 1/2 hour riding . But take it up to 140 kph and it feels great but these speeds are not recommended due to all the speed cameras hidden everywhere .
I have owned my 2000 650SY from new. James was there in the early 2000's when I "landed a wheelie incorrectly" and needed some parts. He was enthusiastic and helpful back then. Hope to stop by the workshop one day and say hello. Long live SV650 & JHS
Have a poster taking pride of place in my shed, of John on his Rizzla Suzuki from back in the day. Have always been a fan since seeing him race over in Mondello Park when the BSB came over to Ireland. Fantastic racer and a genuinely nice guy.
👍. Bravo 👏 Que dire de plus ? Tout y est présent. Phil 🏍️ 1000 gsxr r L8 origins limited n 14 France 🇫🇷.
