Can i use touchless car wash where they use water only to wash the car instead of brushes after ceramic coating? Yes, i know, not immediately wash it, but like a month later or when the car gets dirty?
🤔should I spend $3k+ on PPF or should I give my buyer a discount when I go to sell with a few rock chips? I wonder how it holds up 2+ years in the sun.
Curious as to why you applied PPF before buffing/polishing. Was it just not needed because the car is new or was there another reason behind not doing that before applying the PPF?
I know that exo is a good topper for CSL, but is there any added benefit to putting it on top of CSU? Also, one of my close friends just became an accredited installer for CSU as well, so getting to play with it shall be fun
I think a wall mirror on back wall would look good and fit minimal shop design. Shop would look twice as large and allow video shots to back side of car.
Hermosos detalles sin duda la dejan de aparador aunque para una Off-road no le veo nuchonsentido ya que en la primera aventura se vendra abajo todo ese detalle peculiar de dias.
Next time a dealer tries to get me to pay them for a ceramic coating that they insist they'll do right, I'll show them this video and say, "Yeah? You're gonna do all this?"
@@PresidentialDetailing Not yet. I am watching your video on the AT4X full wrap. I am in the Carrollwood area. I think you guys are close, off of Nebraska. Should I stop by or how would you like to give me the quote?
Wait, I dont understand. Im going to assume this is wrapped with Xpel ( clear) ultimate. If so it already comes with slick protection built in. Why the hell do you polish off the factory treatment unless you want to charge extra to your customer???!!! If this was Xpel stealth, yes Ceramic coating makes sense.
We do not use the pre “coated” film. In our experience, an actual coating on the non coated film performs light years better. There is a reason XPEL offers a topical coating themselves.
The PPF will not stick to the vehicle properly if you apply it over the top of a ceramic coating. The coating makes the paint too slick, so the PPF would literally peel right off.
Looks great, question why do you need to wrap it then apply ceramic coating? Wouldn't you just PPF wrap it and by done? Soon I'll be getting a type R in the same color. Will look at getting the whole car wrapped.
The film on its own it kind of sticky and tacky, so it can be hard to clean. It’s also just not as enjoyable. The coating on top of the film will make it very slick so it’s easy to use a towel on, hydrophobic and easier to clean off bugs, etc.
