I walk away from all of these videos with no idea what these devices can do in my situation... And when I call my friendly neighborhood support organization they have no idea how any this works either... I just want to upgrade my thermostates, but the Redlink installed in 2009 as part of my zoned geothermal install seems to make it impossible to figure out... Thermostates were never this difficult...
I have my T6 smart proseries thermastate all set up and configured but I get a cloud connection error. The app says to pull the thermostat off the wall and reset it. I don't know if mine comes off the wall - is there another way to fix a cloud connection error? thank you!

On T10+ thermostat, they have removed ice-blue and ember LCD display colors, which was very nice display. What a dumm product designer did that ? I have used T10 before and now I am using T10+.
Great job making it damn near impossible to get the ring off the back box when it is not mounted, and making it so you HAVE to remove the ring from the box to mount it. Grade A work

Used this to make sure I got the latest evohome controller and TRVs. There are lots of companies selling the older models which require a relay for the wireless so it’s important to get the correct model (Screwfix sell the older model ). I made my purchase via UK reseller online (the smart thermostat shop) Brilliant experience. Fitted myself in about 1hour and spent a few hours perfecting the schedules. Thank you!

I'm just wondering why it is that the connection is changed. On my old module there is a TH-W terminal (Honeywell S8600M) that is optional and isn't used, so naturally I didn't use it on the new one and ran into this issue.

Mooi product en duidelijke video. Op dit moment heb ik 3 HCE20 units in mijn huis, begane grond, 1e verdieping en zolder (dit ivm koel optie en vloerverwarming) het is een nieuwbouw huis, oplevering 2022, maar de verwarmingsinstallatie voelt als een dinosaurus, ik kan niets aflezen of wijzigen op afstand. Nu is mijn vraag kan ik de HCE20 op de begane grond vervangen voor een HCC100 en dan de HCE20 van 1e verdieping en zolder in cascade laten zoals nu met de HCE20 of kun je alleen HCC100's met elkaar in cascade schakelen? Ik weeet je hoeft niet veel te regelen met vloerverwarming maar gezien ik 4 op 4 af werk en er dus niemand thuis is 4 weken wil ik toch wel een en ander kunnen regelen. dank voor je eventuele antwoord

Once you log into your account on the Resideo app, please select your thermostat and then tap the More option (3 dots next to priority), you will see the 'Humidify' option with a drop icon. -Maria

Correct! That T10+ model (Redlink) is compatible with Humidifier systems and is also capable to control the humidity remotely through the Resideo app. -Alex
I had an issue for the last few months, went through 3 bad boards right in a row, turned out the supply house had a bad batch, replaced a whole bunch of hardware thinking (no way 2 bad boards in a row, ended up being three) come 2 months later nat grod did some work and shut gas off to the block, guess what happened again! But this time board is recognizing a vent damper that was never installed, luckily they are covering it under warranty but this is the worst safety feature in the world, and I refuse to sell my customer a new boiler with all new hardware. You stink risideo never had so much issues with a board till you bought it from honeywell
I understand this has an electrochemical co alarm so my question is I found a recent nfpa report that argues an electrochemical alarm is a good idea because it states it may function as an additional fire sensor in smoldering fires so my question is I found even a stamenst that said co alarm may function before photo or ion type so do you agree it good to have an electrochemical co alarm as additional protection in a smoldering fire scenario thoughts please thank you
