Is there a remote wireless temperature sensor to add to this thermostat?

Hi Jimmy, thank you for reaching out. The T6 thermostat is compatible with C7189U1005 wired remote indoor temperature sensor and C7089U1006 wired remote outdoor temperature sensor. I have my T6 smart proseries thermastate all set up and configured but I get a cloud connection error. The app says to pull the thermostat off the wall and reset it. I don't know if mine comes off the wall - is there another way to fix a cloud connection error? thank you!

Hi Ann, thank you for your question. Removing the thermostat from the wall is the first troubleshooting step, you just have to pull the thermostat straight towards you. If the cloud connection error persists after doing this, please feel free to contact us at (800) 633-3991 or send us a Private Message to our Honeywell Home Facebook account with the MAC ID of your thermostat and your email address. -Maria
