Hi, I'm Najib, a Fitness video editor and a fitness enthusiast. For my personal use, I had the idea of making videos of workout timers animation and playing them on my TV. One day I decided to share my creations on RU-vid. People like the idea, they found the videos easy to use and available, so I continued making more varieties.
The purpose of my videos is to help the viewers to have more fun during the workout, whether for those who train at home or in the gym, alone or in a group. All the visual content is created and done by ME using the editing programs After Effects and Davinci Resolve. It is NOT reused or reposted !
First, I choose the work and rest ratio, sometimes based on the viewer's recommendation, then I set the full workout length, make the timer and the background animations, and finally I assemble all the parts to synchronize them. Check out "The Making Of “ video, where I explain how I make it.
Have over a 100 lbs to lose - using this in the morning for VERY light cardio - Rest - LIGHT weights (will increase as I become stronger). Grateful for this video.
Hey, I need some guidance here. Is 60/10 the highest one should go in terms or interval training, or can you go higher than this? Like 70/10 or higher?

And also a Reccomendation that you can add Brazilian phonk music and for those who are females you can add the bad ass girly type songs 😂 , this gives them confidence from my experience 😂 . I would love if you ❤ add these music and many more will too, and also thankyou so much your vedios help me a lot, i can do my own listed exercise❤❤ ❤
