Hi my friends, an Upper body strength doesn't come easily, let's work for it.
Here is my workout plan using my TRX cable :
1. Trx Recerse rowing
2. Trx Push ups
3. Trx Triceps
4. Trx Biceps
5. Trx Plank
20 min is more than enough for me to feel great, 40 seconds work and 20 seconds Rest.

Choose the work/rest ratio that fits your need, keep an eye on the timer, there is a beep sound which tells you when to train and when to take a rest period.
