My name is Geraint.
As a devoted Railway enthusiast I wanted to share the videos I have produced.
My hobbies include Photography (Wildlife & Landscapes), Videography (Railways) & since retirement from the Pharmaceutical Industry, building a OO gauge model Railway.
I love filming steam locomotives in action. I also like classic diesels & other related railway subjects.
This site has been named after the castle in my town & the first express loco built by GWR in Swindon - Caerphilly Castle (4073)
I am a member of Caerphilly Camera Club in South Wales.
Also, I am a member of the 6024 Group, West Somerset Railway, Severn Valley Railway and Cardiff East Rotary Club
I tend to film mainly in South Wales & the South West.
Occasionally travelling to the North of England & other locations in UK & Europe where there is a railway.
