This is why i'll never understand the hype about TES like skyrim and oblivion, they're a buggy mess and a joke heck even skyrim has an unofficial patch that fixes the bugs that the dev's SHOULD have fixed themselves and oblivion is just a complete mess.. and considering how they messed up with Fallout 76 my hype is an at all time low for TES 6.
