I will make mistakes in my videos, the hope is is that if I provide transparency to my research process and sources, people can make up their own minds after the fact.
I’m always trying to make my coverage more accurate, but due to the scope of some projects and my emphasis on densely packed scripts with lots of sources some corner cutting is sometimes inevitable to meet deadlines.
I hope once this channel grows to a sustainable point I can take more time with videos than the usual 45 days.
Btw, the name IMPERIAL just comes from when I used to play Skyrim - it definitely is not an endorsement of imperialism lmao.
Respect to my Albanian brothers from a Greek! When Albanians came to Greece there was a lot of racism towards them (Greeks didnt like them cause they were lazy and Albanians took every job for less money and were better workers too!) but Albanians survived the racism, created families etc etc From my experience they are proud people, real men and loyal friends! Cases like this are proof that the Israel-Palestine conflict didn't start in October 2023. I do not condone the actions of the Palestinian radicals but such cases could have easily been avoided if the international community would have condemned Israel's crimes. I feel sorry for all the civilians that have been caught in this conflict.

For some societies democracy works for others it doesn’t. Russians are built for authoritarianism and autocracy especially. In my eyes the Russian Empire has to be brought back to life. Some systems work until they don’t anymore, I wouldn’t be surprised if the US is a monarchy in 30 years from now, same thing happened to the Roman Empire

I came to England as a young boy in the 70s. At school, an older boy threw me against a wall and kicked me in the stomach, this left me very unwell. After a few days of moaning, I felt sick, the doctor came, and I was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. My appendix was rupturing as well as some other things. I was aged 7 years The boy, who was about 11, said I was an Irish bar-steward, But I never told his name. I just said I do not know what happened. I have a large scar on my stomach from that day, I used to get a bus home, and I was called bomb boy by the older children in the secondary school. This was again when I was young. One day a boy said feck off bomb boy and pushed me off the bus. I bounced down the road and my head had swollen due to the fall. Once more, I said nothing. What can you say, do you tell your Mammy no one likes you because you are Irish? No, you just keep quiet. In the 70s life was not good for many Irish here in England.

As in they literally did "elect" to remain in a union with the UK - during the negotiations with the Irish Free State after the war of independence, an exit clause was included in the peace treaty. Northern Ireland activated that clause, and elected to remain in a Union with the UK - the "all Ireland vote" to which you refer did not supersede the exit clause. The fact that northern Ireland was horribly gerrymandered and heavily favoured the Protestant majority at the expense of the catholic minority does not change the fact that the entity of Ulster and the powers that be there decided to stay within the UK. I'm not saying Ulster doing so was fair, but it was still an "election" regardless of how one sided it was. NI was majority protestant because of decades of favouritism, discriminatory policies and power accumulation. Ulster did elect to not join a United Ireland at the time due to this.
@@IMPERIALYT A treaty that was forced on to the people of Ireland with out being given any legitimate time to have a vote if that’s what the people wanted, my main problem is with how your phrased your point, the exit clause you are referring too has no legitimacy because it would never hold up in a modern court, it was signed under duress, Michael Collins was told take this deal or we will come back to Ireland and take over again, not a great deal to point to when you talk about Northern Ireland having a legitimate exit clause that nobody in the vast majority of the island of Ireland would ever have signed up for.

I visited Albania many times during the years, mainly staying few days as i wanted to get to Greece from Montenegro, and yeah i dont like it, people are cringe and will try everything they can to scam you on prices, beaches are nice but some are overcrowded and a little dirty, prices were low years ago but are going up at alerting rate, overall on june or early september it might be worth it, but Greece and Croatia has much more to offer
The IRA are literally a joke in my view, they're really just a bunch of fascists intent on dominating all of ireland even though northern ireland wants no part of it. causing a revolution against an imperial oppressor is one thing, but now the IRA has become the thing it hates, trying to oppress northern ireland.

This is a genuinely interesting topic and I would love to learn more. However, this human has absolutely the most boring voice I’ve ever heard and I genuinely can’t stay interested enough to watch. I feel like an iPad kid but does anyone have any recs😂
