Sir nmaskar 2 months hogye meri acl surgery ko lekin mujhe chlte time halka knee bhari lgta hai or pain bhi hota hai or kbhi kbhi jaam bhi hojata hai 100 degree ke baad fir exercise krne se fir thik hojata ye sb normal hai ya nahi or kb tk rhega me exercise 2 time krta hun din me lekin ye prblm thik n hui kb tk me thik hojaunga isy
I was having fracture a year ago Now im practicing and im having pain in my ankle ..is it getting refractured or its something else ...can i use this procedure will it help??

Sir mere x ray image mai facet joint fracture show rha tha lekin x ray report and mri report mai normal mai sab doctors x ray image ko dekh kr bolte the ki surgery Krna hoga lekin ek physiotherapists ne bola aisa kuch nhi kuch nhi hai bass exercises kro or treatment lo thik ho jayega 2 years to lower back pain rha lekin physiotherapy ke wzh se 3 se 4 mhine mai sab thik ho gya
aap phase 7 start kar dijiye aur thigh ki size k liye aap... squats, lunges kariye... aur knee extension aur hamstring curl me zada se zada wt daaliye aur sab ke 3 set kariye

agar sirf acl hui hai toh ek mahina baad aap bina brace k kar sakte hain.. aur agar acl ke sath meniscus bhi hua hai toh phir.. brace 3 se 5 mahina tak use karna hai
Sir mere x ray mai neck ki haddi ke beech mai jo gap hota h hai wo 3 bones mai ni h mtlb 3 bones apas mai chipak gyii hai to mujhr doctor ne 6 months tk phnne ko kaha hai but ap bta re kii 10 15 din phne maximum please sir solve my problem i very confused now
