Hello sir Meri acl surgery ko 4 month ho gaye h knee banding full ho jati pat morning me fhir jam nikalta h roz pain k sath full banding karta hu ...knee exercises se pura sidha ho jata h par chalne k bad 5 digree mud jata h pls help

Sir mera pair mein moch aa gayi thi dr ne 1 month ka plaster diya tha aur ab 3 month hogya but race nhi kar pa raha hu aur police bharti dekhni hai please reply bohot pareshan hu😢
