I've had my trailer for over a year. It tows really well with my smaller SUV. I do like having another person to help me load it as I found it easy to not line up with the rail. If you miss the rail and keep going forward it is very easy to run the bike off the front of the trailer. Over all I'd give it a solid "B" for the money. I'd give it a "-C" for ease of use. I would give it an "A" for storage and storage. I'm in my high 60's and would probably enjoy this trailer more when I was younger. If I knew what I knew now I'd probably spend more money to get a that loads easier and requires a less steep angle to load. My bike weighs about 600 pounds and expensive to repair. I also think I'd like the trailer more if I had a lighter and easier bike to load.
Your video shows the trailer with wheels to move it around in the standing position, but your website does not show those wheels or even mention you can stand it up and move it around. Does it include those stand up wheels?

After reaching out to your company via both chat and email with no reply about it's vertical ability, this is the most helpful video I've seen of the MT3. Thank you!!!!
