Tow Smart Trailers offers a variety of different UTV Decks. Our sxs truck racks are constructed with 2x2 Square tubbing Steel Construction(optional Aluminum Construction as well). We offer truck racks for Long and Short beds, From Dodge Ram 2500, Chevy 2500, Ford F250 and more. Unlike others our units come fully powder coated and with a Pair of Free 17 Inch wide 10 foot long folding aluminum Ramps with no additional up charge.
4 Turn Buckles, 4 D Rings, and multiple wheel tie down points also come standard on all of our truck racks.
Loading and unloading can be done with 2 people by simply lifting the front end of the Utv Deck, nesting the Racks bottom portion on the trucks tailgate and lifting the rear of the rack. Once the Truck UTv Rack is on the Truck bed it can be easily slid forward in place. Once in place its easily secured in with the Turnbuckles provided onto the Stock Tie down points your truck bed comes with.
Loading up Side by side: Unlike other companies we want to insure proper and safe loading, this is why we opt in with Titans Ramps 10' Bi Fold ramps (weighing in at only 47lbs each) 17 inch wide. Once Ramps are in placed and locked onto the UTV Deck with provided Safety Pins, maneuver your vehicle with Ramps, Drop in Low and Go.
How To tie down Side by Side? Its highly recommended to Strap down each wheel rather than the body of your UTV. This eliminates Body roll when cornering. You want to let the suspension travel freely rather than work against you.
