Hi and welcome to the community, it is not on steam workshop so you have to download it manually from any modding websites, just google rfactor 2 spa francorchamps download, then add the date of the track you want there is many, all the way from 1980s up till 2016. There is also 24 hour versions that has the massive pit lane and the normal version with the smaller pit lane. Good luck bro.
