Just commenting on the thumbnail, but "incels", i.e. single young men, are a disproportionate share of the video game market. Ignore the slur, and just take it as single young men. It's like saying "just ignore our core customer base". It worked out fine for Bud Light, didn't it?

Seems to me they HAVE to lose billions of dollars before the investors actually start ditching their self destructive, woke agenda's. I hope other companies Disney especially, take note & act accordingly.

The problem with comparing Black Myth Wukong (BMW) to Star Wars Legacy is that most of BMW sales are from China which is a far bigger market. So it's not a good comparison as Outlaws wasn't sold in China. There are better examples to use.
Games me and my friends wont be buying: Ac shadows, Dragon age, Duskborn, Outlaws, GoY........And any other game we come across that tries to ram wokeness down our throats
Michael Pachter has always been a laughing stock. I remember listening to podcasts over a decade ago and hearing the hosts laugh at him. Like the gfw podcast. Always has been a joke.
I (a gamer) promise you.. we won't be buying ac shadows. Ubisoft told us last year that we " need to get comfortable not owning our games" We listened. And now ubisoft needs to get comfortable not having our money.
Between that comment and Ubisoft backing it up with what they did to The Crew's customers, Ubisoft is going to have a hard time even trying to sell a GOOD game, let alone the bug ridden always online DEI messes they currently make.

Their stocks are completely in the toilet, they're in real danger of a takeover at this point, if this game was gonna be a huge success believe they'd release it right now! But it's not, and they know it'll be the last nail in the coffin. It's a buggy unplayable mess that's been an absolute PR nightmare and one more big public failure means they are DONE as a company.
The best thing about what's going on with Ubisoft right now is it's the basic response of a market correction - they've been going more and more woche with more and more anti consumer behavior for many years and it's catching up to them. More gamers are aware of what they are doing and withdrawing their money. It's beautiful to see. Hopefully Ubisoft will cease to be around in the near future. It would be fitting.
