It would suck to have a job that requires you to call a quail..a chicken. Lol . Im sorry sir my quail identify as dogs. I'm glad i live in the country away from the bs. But i understand you have to have laws on this subject because sometimes people get to many animals on a tiny city lot.

Did anybody else catch that? He said 10 feet, then 20 feet, then 100 ft for quail. I did a search on the municipal code. They don’t list quail at all. BTW, all Ken has to do is register online to be a wildlife sanctuary. Problem solved. Pencil neck defeated.

we need to get all laws based on what history allowedwnen the bill of rights were writen as foe anamales if they are not causing a nusance leave people alone . in my city cannot water lawns basicly when suns up and 4 hours but there putting water intensive plants in medians and sometimes waters on at high noon, week in week out 7 days. no one in public works dicipled. flag poles can onlt be so high new city hall was 20 ft higher result they exempted themselves no parking on empty lots, no commercial trucks on empty lots yet city left 2 dump trucks 1 flat bed and a tracter on the lot next to my house 10 ft away from before thanksgiving to after new years they also did no stormwater work for the time but there exempt but leave a rv or boat in driveway more than 48 hrs codes right there
The higher a population, the closer density of humans, the less rights, liberties and freedom. Does the code say "chickens" or does it say something else like foul or birds?
