.... This is very specifically to prevent the sheep from having their living flesh INFESTED and EATEN ALIVE by larva and flies. There's a solution in the water that saves them from the incredibly cruel, painful and morbid fate of parasites. They look a little spooked while being dipped but there really isn't a way to make them understand "hey, we gotta do this to keep you safe, sorry it'll be uncomfortable but we don't want your skin to be festering with bugs nesting inside you". My favourite pass time is sheep shearing videos since the handlers are all very doting. I highly recommend the rightchoiceshearing youtube channel she is quite lovely and informative. It might save you from being a drama llama to inform yourself a little.
Its not okay, its absolutly horrible! Whats happenig with the people, who made this horrible construction? Pleas think about how the sheep scared in this machine. Maybe this machine make its easy for the farmer, but for the animal its very hard and scary. What an awfull proside for the pour sheep.
