2:24 Me: it's ok. Take my hand. (Sansa takes my hand to stand up) Me: don't worry, my lady. I won't let anyone harm you that way. Sansa: Thank you for saving me. You what? Me: What? Sansa: I am Loyal to you, the one true love.
It was always interesting how joffery hated Tyrion yet longed for his respect and approval. Unlike everyone who feared and respected him especially as king, Tyrion treated him like the child he was
Not that she could really do anything in this particular scene, but overall (in the show), Sansa Stark was utterly useless. She was a terrible leader. Gullible. Foolish. A poor judge of character. Power hungry. Unloving (granted this complaint is understandable given the hell she endured). The only good decision she made was covering for Jon in the Battle of the Bastards, but even still, this was really more puppet stringing by Little Finger for his own interests. She only came to her senses when Bran laid everything out before her, really - and though they didn't show it, I'd bet she challenged that with her dimwitted nature, too. If there was ever a character that was not a villain that I just cannot stand, it was Sansa Stark. An utter buffoon.
Guys, the Hound was not a hero for taking off his cloak for Sansa. He watched her being brutally beaten and didn’t risk himself to save her, unlike Tyrion a minute later.
the reason wrestlers MOVE THEMSELVES when doing their arm drag, is because you can't count on moving him if he's HEAVIER than you. So you move yourself to his back, as if he's a pillar, and then it works on all sized opponents. If he's lighter than you, you still move him.
I don’t think Joffrey respects Tyrion. Joffrey reminds me of an annoying prick and bully who has always gotten his way because Mom and Dad. Tyrion reminds me of the kid who stands up to the bully and Joffrey is dumbfounded because no one has ever done that before.
Meryn Trant is such a coward. He loves to act tough, but the moment Bronn shows up he pretty much shits his pants because he knows this guy will finish him without a problem and continue his sandwich immediatly after. Meanwhile the Hound is standing there despising him without a fear for anybody but always (to) loyal to his master who happens to be a coward hiding behind his guards. Well acted scene by all actors involved.
The only thing that would have made this scene better is if Ser Maryn took the bait and Bronn shoves a dagger up through his jaw before Trant can even finish his sentence.
