Well, I picked the challenge to put my finances in order. Then I invested in cryptocurrency and stocks, through the assistance of my discretionary fund manager
That is the mindset of a true sales leader. Few people in the industry has that mindset, specially when you get paid after the job is done. You are just a. Commodity for many
People enjoy people who are in their best state. When you have all the knowledge of what you're selling and objections that follow, feelings come next. When you feel your best, people around you will feel good about you. Find a way to fuel your resolve and excitement so you can be unstoppable mentally
Nobody in the history of the industry has ever sold 2,000 accounts in 4 months, and only top %1 of guys walk away with 500k in a summer. I say this as an owner of over 12 years who also knows Dave Royce personally. Longer than this clown making the video 🤡
You ain’t recruiting anyone when you’re not selling. You can hire 50 people tomorrow but when you’re responsible for training them and they shadow you and see you bagel, none of them are sticking it out through the learning phase. Whereas if you go out there and show them you make a $1000 commission everyday, they’re gonna stick it out through hell and back because they wanna reach the level you showed them.
Excellent point you gotta show your team that you can kick ass and back it up! But when you fail you gotta show them the lessons from it so that when they knock and try to get business next time they don’t give up!
Ignoring the talking through the door so they come out side is something i do for sure, same with doorbells...but you waving him on out? Something a bit more ballsy i gotta give a shot lol
I was Brock's personal technician last year with aptive. Brock is an incredible guy. He inspired me to try d2d for myself this year. He makes it look easy but man I have mad respect for him and the others on his level.
@ajotech 0 seconds ago Do you possibly have an automated demo? I’m just one person looking to learn the right way to sell and not sure if I want to get into roofing or selling alarms at this time. But I do want to be prepared.

I havent done D2D in 15 years, did it when i was 18 and 19 in Vegas and a couple other cities briefly. Starting Solar now and getting 7 on the first day, people dont realize the depth of skill in this industry. Thank you D2DU for resharpening my saw in literally days.
Been knocking doors for years and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this video. Even though I’m in the 100k club, I still am learning every day and am no better than anyone else out here knocking doors. I love any chance I can get to review what I already know and also to learn new things. We learn everyday and never cap out. Everything you said is spot on. Keep the momentum going brother, you just got a new sub!

Lol this is utter bullshit. What you are saying in the description is mostly true, ie lack of onboarding causes high turnover rate. How you frame the actual people though, as in you think people are "soft" until they are conditioned, is complete bull. You got kids who have much stricter requirements for educational and/or apprenticeshipping then ever before. Higher debt payment. Frequent mission drift among business and national governance. Ever frequent self-branding. And after all that eating the weak mentality starting at like 5, you still say the problem is that they aren't hunters enough? The problem is that you are calling a desert a jungle. Not enough meat for the hunters to feed on no matter how good those hunters are. That 2 out of every 10 that stays on board will always be 2 out of every 10. Onboarding or not. Always has been that way.
