Always gratifying to see these overseas industrial folks adhere to OSHA rules so diligently. And, be able to operate such complex equipment as a red plastic bucket. Employing actual humans- shocking.

Imagine what kind of work these guys could churn out in a clean factory with concrete floors and precision tools not to mention some hearing protection and real shoes.

Rivalling CEE? In filth and squalor or cleanliness? Precision? Safe working practices? Working with stock material full of defects and inclusions? Maybe the title should be rewritten?

Oh well, if it does not fit by hand them bang it on with a hammer. Typical Paki treatment for getting things to fit. Rather hairy lifting heavy parts by just using a rubber vee belt. So glad that I do not work there. Regards from Australia.

At least they create their own income and put it down on a sandy ground at the end, so they will have it back again in a couple of years with broken bearings. Maybe they seem to be good at what they do, but their education sucks.

In Pakistan Industries have to pay fixed charges for Power they have been registered for, called MDI charges. This type of setup can be helpful if you are authorised for using low power [say 10 15 kW] and you have to operate machines for couple of hours whose combined load is far much higher than allowed [say 50KW]. This setup can be helpful in this scenario and it doesn't save electricity. But the way industries are billed there, they can save good money.

Huh? On so many levels, are these guys so low on work they do that at the employers expense? 75 Kw gen with such a low diameter 3 belt pully? I'm sorry but that laughable. What was the point of this? To train the guys on fabrication work?

Once these world-famous "super high skilled professionals" invented shovel and broom, they should remove the mountains of metal chips. Presumably, a few workers will then reappear, who had mysteriously disappeared.

Good to keep basic engineering skills alive. This kind of component was being produced in Manchester 150 years ago.

I'm glad that the uploader tells us at the end what the workers were making. I was trying to guess as this excellent video went along. I thought, "Maybe it's an element of a huge construction project such as a bridge, highway or ship...or maybe it's part of those massive dockside cranes that offload container ships...' I'm addicted to Pakistani manufacturing videos and can usually figure out what's being made early on but not with this one. Remarkable teamwork and ingenuity.

Nice heavy machining. Are some of the tools high speed steel? Or is it brazed carbide? Or something else? Thanks!
