damn I'm so torn right now. I was really set on getting the dji osmo 3 but now I'm not sure cause this one's cheaper and more sturdy and considering I'm on a budget + I'm really clumsy and not good at taking care of my stuff the GoPro seems like a much better choice.

Yes~~ it is definitely very safe! Our concern was mostly a matter of her possibly experiencing some sort of heat exhaustion due to the hot weather that day (we couldn't leave the car running with AC)

Also you're definitely NOT wrong, there are sooo many competitive cameras out there with better features - as a new(ish) vlogger and with the increasing popularity of this camera (due to its compactness) I wanted to simply show its features. It depends if you're in a crowded area + if you use a high quality editing software to edit the noise out. There is a media mod case for this go pro that you can get which can help enhance the audio a bit and allows for external mic attachments - I haven't used any external mic with any of my go pro footage in any of my vlogs so hopefully that can help you get an idea of how the sound is like??
Hiiii~ I would recommend CapCut if you're new-ish to editing! Its quite user friendly for simple editing but also allows for more advanced editing (once you get more familiar with it)!
Funny story I was actually debating between getting the go pro or the dji action 4 - I remember watching a couple videos comparing the two different models and I came to the conclusion that I would simply prefer the go pro (I can't find the video links for it but ill leave it in the comments when i do!)
I once got a go pro long time ago and never got to really use it because their software or app? was so confusing to use like not user friendly for beginners so I just threw in a drawer and it’s been there for years now.
No to the V10 on a table ! Filming anyboby under this angle is not the best . Too much focus on the chin, on the nose, the nostrils , and it makes anybody look not so good . To have a decent angle you should have any camera at eye level . or above . I am sort of fed up with seeing the nostrils of literally millions of vbloggers... buy tripods, quys !

Part of the reason why I tend to shoot at a lower angle at times is due to that i'm just not fully comfortable vlogging in public at times and holding a camera at eye-level (whether it be on a tripod or not) can be a bit intimidating especially when I am surrounded by my peers~
All the reviews I've seen so far is that it does not charge while you are using it and it is plugged into USB... which is it's major flaw. Which means you can't use it as a webcam or livestreaming very long, and because of the second major flaw of the non-removable built in battery, while on the go, you have to recharge it often.

I use the ulanzi wide angle lens with my zv1m1 but it's not as wide as I'd prefer especially compared to the m2. Given that these cameras are in the $900-$1000+ range, I thought the go pro hero being $400-500 seemed like a budget camera that still performs optimally for its price point~ do you have any reccs for other wide angle lenses for the zv1m1?
