@LNCapital thank you my brother do you have any advice for me on finding investors as I have been in construction for 27 years on top projects and have good experience finding hot run down properties that can make respectable or large profit depending on the initial investment. Hey, I live in Cheshire East and it's like social housing contracts don't exist. No one can help me or point me in the right direction. I'm looking to get a long term contract (around 5-7 years), covering council tax and bills so all I have to cern myself with is the mortgage payments. But I seem to be hinting a dead end. Is this something only done it certain areas of the UK and can you help with any contacts in this area please?

Theres no parking on my street cause of these hmo's 5 working men all with cars crammed in one house and theres multiple of them on my street all full of foreigners

Very rarely do you get better prices with a team than individual trades. You've got the management that take off the top. Also they pay the guys less (usually). Have 10 properties under my belt, self funded and all heavily renovated. Really interesting on the joint venture avenues. We're making insane profits on the properties we've flipped (one of them was 100% ROI). Things I could do if we had another few million....
