Thanks for this video. I think it's great that you're providing housing for vulnerable people like refugees and care leavers. Do you mind sharing the average rent per room that you charge social housing tenants across your HMOs? It would also be helpful to share the average rent that private tenants pay. This way critics can assess whether you really are providing a service or just extracting rent from the public purse.
