Sometimes you have a stubborn opponent that is able to “turtle” their way through to the end of a fight by some usually genetic feature that allows them to stay protected while fighting. The butt drag/titty twisters allows a fighter to startle their opponent to give them a chance of breaking through their opponent’s shielding. This technique is mainly applied in traditional wrestling but outlawed by MMA for some weird reason

Henry's wrestling has never been that elite in the UFC (back in his prime his opposition was weak and his wrestling was obviously better) but in todays UFC standards henry's wrestling is so overrated in mma.
