Jeanette MacDonald and Nelson Eddy were of the best looking and sounding stars of the 1930's and 40's.My channel is dedicated to their memory, their art and their love for each other.
Everytime I hear Our Beloved speak 💕 about His Darling Jeanette 💞💞My ♥️ heart cries out to the two of them!! He loved 🥰 her so!! Till the end of his life too!! 💞💞
This is one of the most tragically beautiful songs, that I’ve ever heard….perhaps because I am at that age, alone with only a box of of love letters from girls who now are dead….😇💕❤️
@@garymazzeo3490 From the recording conducted by Giuseppe Bamboschek? The recordings from that session were about the best she ever made. My favorite is Cirirbiriben!
I have heard the song Rose Marie in 1960's when I was small girl. This melody stayed with me for many years until one day in 1990's I had chance to watch whole movie. What a joy.
Love this. All those wonderful people. The trials and tribulations are really something. I wish we could make music like this mainstream again. I guess one of the only modern day examples would be Alicia Keys, Nora Jones. I can’t think of a male idk maybe Andrea Bocelli. I’ve been listening to 50s rock music lately and it’s just better. Idk I’m just sick of the computer generated stuff that’s coming out these days. Not that I don’t love techno. There is something about the oldest examples that I just love ❤️ thanks for posting this
You’re welcome, I agree, the artistry, the purity of the sound of voice and piano by professional musicians after years of study and practice is sublime!
