@@DoubleDguitar did you ask him what they sell for ? The market is changing so fast . People having access to cnc machines there is going to be so many guitar makers .
@@brotherhawk3228 I didn’t, I am guessing the price range is pretty wide. I will def be reaching out to him for some more info, and hopefully a deeper chat with him in a video.
Hello, thanks for sharing your knowledge! Normally I use a boss gx-100 and now I'm experimenting with connecting it together with the tank g (amazing device!) and I'm getting very interesting things! I would love it if you could make a video With the boss gx-100 or gx 1000 and the tank g. thank you! Greetings from Argentina. Sorry for my English, I help myself with Google translator.
As I sit here in thailand using a cheap cable because another cable decided to stop working , I'm faced with question to dongle or not to dongle . The electricity here has issues . What to do , what to do .
@@brotherhawk3228 lots to think about, all at once. Sure thing, the 5.8 range has less traffic on it. Less distance range, from tx to rx, but generally more solid and won’t get dropouts from cellphones.
@@DoubleDguitar The price is right , about 40 bucks . Do they make any kind of charging station for them ? Could you buy 2 sets and put a receiver in 2 amps ? I appreciate your help , thanks so much !
@@brotherhawk3228 the new set I’m about to review actually has a killer little charger station with a power pass thru. I do believe you can pair up to like 8 other receivers/transmitters together. I will make sure to go over the manual for that aspect and mention it.
Must of been quite a show 4 those folks across the water . Watching a grown man play with his dongle in the yard lol They must of been thinking what is this man on .
Nice video. Hoping to see a review on the mvave elemental, maybe a comparison with movall falling star, that would be so nice. Your reviews are so good.
Hey man, you’re welcome! I can’t even respond to that pun, it’s perfect!! Hahah and thank you for subscribing, my friend! Enjoy the tank and the downloads 🤙🏻🤘🏻
Another stellar and in depth review. For the price I believe this is a good add on. I have been looking at similar items for my peavy amp. This is better in my opinion and has more tones. Plus this has the built connection for a computer which is a bonus. And I love some of those those rocking tones. The J fusion is definitely one tone I like. Plus the revert to default along with merge functions feature around is great. This a great budget multi effect pedal and I like stout and sturdy construction. Great job Double. Rock on as always. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🔥
Hey thanks Perch! This is definitely worth looking into. If you like the sound of your amp channels, and have an effects loop, you can use it with your amp and just pull up some modulations, delays, reverbs, etc. Or get a good sound going with the computer, and try the unit directly into your amp’s return and use the full setup, but I suggest cabinet sim off with your amp that way. I agree about J fusion. I had about 20 minutes of footage of me just messing with that patch, alone! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
Great video! As always!!! Isn’t this essentially a Mooer GE-250 rebranded and at a better price? Currently, on Amazon the Mooer GE-250 is $356 and the Fesley FME-1000 is $255 (with a coupon). I wonder if the FME-1000 can load Mooer GE-200 and GE-250 patches??? 🤔
My man!! Thanks a ton, Sean. This new FDK800 really steps up, compared to the 350, and I have to check out Fojil one day soon. Haven’t heard of Bullfighter. Thanks for the nice words and for swinging by, Sean 🤘🏻🤙🏻
@@montiac22 if there are enough requests, for sure. So far, I have only done a couple of basic tones over the week to get the unit and the uses under my fingers. I won’t charge, I never do for my patches for other units. What kind of sound are you going for? Any particular band? I can give it a shot during the week.

thanks for making it! i have one on the way to me. A Strich named pedal that is the same thing different skin as far as I can tell. Does yours put only the drum track and loops through one of the outputs and the guitar out of the other by any chance?
Am I doing anything wrong? Imported one of the captures via Bluetooth and couldn't edit the amp eq, gain, volume... Maybe it will work properly importing via pc? Can somebody tell me before I spend more time trying? Thanks in advance
Hey man, pc seems to be the most stable. And also, how are you importing them? The newest M-EFCS software will allow you to import “tweaked” files. My last video about the Tank has a Quick Look at that, and updated files. Check this video and the description box after you watch ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Xuifcudi0FY.htmlsi=oY8vPzpzanZpgsi-
@@VVOPOL gotcha. That’s a detailed job, if you are good with wood working and spend some time getting prepped, it can be done. Splintering makes it tougher. Look into reinforcing it with a notch and added block, if you are confident with wood and tools. Otherwise, it’s a job for a good local luthier.
@@DoubleDguitar no, I would just brake it further) so yes, luthier it is I’ve decided to ask if seller will give a bit more of a discount And if she will - I will go with Gibson If no 🤷♂️ Then I will be quite happy with Muse instead)
@@VVOPOL The Muse is a great choice, I think you will be happy if that ends up the route. Good luck and keep me posted 🤙🏻 oh and also, thanks for checking out the video, bro.
Should the screw-in arm have ANY resistance? I just got my first FR guitar, an LTD EC-1000, but the arm has zero resistance at all. I let go of it, and it flops down instantly. Doesn't matter how much I tighten it.
Some FR style that have the screw in have a tightening point underneath, in the spring cavity under the bar insert post. Check to see if there is one there and tighten it a little.
@@DoubleDguitar everything is tight, but is there actually supposed to be a spring? I got nothing in mine. Either way, I think I need to get this push in arm!
Great demo brother ! 👍 My birthday is this week. I have many pedals but no high gain types. I usually get a new pedal on my birthday. I consider this pedal before but I’m still undecided.
Hey brother my tank G finally arrived and wow. My phone recognizes it as version 2 in bluetooth connect. dialed in a couple of presets a fender clean and EVH 51503 6L6 loaded and holy dogshit batman it's fucking killer!! I actually feels like a real amp to me, the EVH clone sounds and feels amazing and i'm just plugged into a tube speaker and a harley benton fusion T that i just got and OMG! thanks for your vids brother, happy rockin! P.s. unfoftunately my tank G does not have a mesa dual rec so im gonna have to check out how to load some amps into my pedal.
Right on!! Glad you are digging it! Check out my latest video on the Tank G and it gives a Quick Look at the new software and how to load new preamps through the most recent MEFCS software. I think I spelled that right lol. Glad you enjoy the videos, I will keep em coming and enjoy your tank!
That’s some wicked cool reverb and delay. That reverb is soooo deep. Sounds like it’s echoing from an abyss. I have heard of these pedal either. So I’m definitely going to check these out. Rock on double 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Right on and I agree! The DemonFX pedals are wild alternatives to the more expensive versions they are copying. So far, I have been really impressed. Thanks Perch 🤙🏻🤘🏻
Dude,...At any moment, a demon could have emerged from the Cravasss of that Ravine! and you would have had to offer a tribute... WhickWhack with his swampy tail! Pretty trippy sounds bro!
Amazing Demo, Bravo ! Masterful Picking techniques: down slant. up slant. thumb flex, hybrid. You made that Pedal sound better than a pedal should, so good.
IR cab spots only! Bring your own preamp. I think this was intended to go along with their mini amp pedal, which is a bunch of preamps. Thanks for watching 🤘🏻
Indeed 🤔 I’m trying to build a mini board, wanted something like this ir box taking only one pedal spot for amp emulation you know? I own the nux amp academy, it’s great but takes a lot of room, and I play Shoegaze so pedal real estate is really important 😅 if this thing could take preamp sims inside it’d be a dream come true
If you are having trouble with Ann, because your pc doesn’t have their specs, they now have a method of doing it through some Google portal. Check out their website. I got a new pc that now can do a profile in 15-20 minutes.
Interesting that you were able to fit 11.3mm Gotoh posts into a 10.7mm hole without issues, though I don't know how hard meranti wood is on your guitar. I'm getting ready to install the same bridge into my Jackson (poplar body) and I was thinking about using ether an 11mm bit or 7/16" as both should accommodate but I am still thinking.
The by hand reverse drill bit trick really did exactly what I needed it to do. Gently widened the wholes. I did the same to my Schecter, it was pretty easy. I say practice with some scrap wood and make sure you don't go too deep. Mark your bit. Thanks for watching the vid, my man!
@@DoubleDguitar yes, I took a note of that, counter clockwise on the first bit, and drill press on the second. How did you level the guitar while on the press?
@@maxziplock I used a couple of clamps and some cloth, then took a bubble level to it to make sure I had is straight and flat, so the bit went down with no angle into the guitar.
Sure thing, not a worry. I did not add the IR during the ANN process so you can add whichever one you want into the IR slot. And when playing the demos of the preamps, I did have the IR on, using the Forward Audio The Fredman tube capture. It’s a great IR.
This is really terrible: just bought one, got amazing tones and in the first use in a rehearsal I learned it has a huge lag to change presets (impossible to use 2 tones in the same song, unless you change it in pauses of your playing). I'm really really sad about this latency problem.
Have you done the firmware update? It helped mine a lot. But agreed, my first video on this unit was mostly complaining that it wasn’t really ready for release. But they have updated it and many people say they don’t have any of the silence that happens when swapping. I generally use it as a core sound for a song, with a drive in front of it and another verb after for options.
