Mike closing the distance that fast even for being in his 50s.......the only way you can describe that is.......insanely astonishing🙌 One moment he's over there and in the next his face is close enough to yours to wisper in your ear as he is about to punch you😂😂
I’m only a grappler but I’ve been wanting to get into Muay Thai. I’ve never kicked anything with my shin on purpose and the thought of doing so always scared the hell out of me lmao. I could never understand how a shin bone DOESN’T break almost everytime lol. This video actually calmed some of those fears. When I do eventually start training Muay Thai I will be paying extra attention on my kicking technique
I'm convinced that as man get older they get bigger the supposed prime of males is 25-35 but teddy wasn't this big at 25 35 same thing with my father and all other people
Would have been much clearer for me had you just showed the part to strike with on your leg., I didn't get it at all, other than I guess the flat part is the very front of the shin, or maybe the front is the part to strike with , or perhaps the side, or... shrugs....
Probably also worth mentioning the Thai Nak Muay have been hardening their shins almost since they could walk. Even so, they typically use low kicks to gradually destabilise an opponent. The few leg breaks I've seen in MMA, the aggressor was going in full force and got checked in a way that contacted the upper part of the shin of their opponent - or worse, their knee. That's a break. The best low kickers (watch the legendary fight in which Chanpuek systematically dismantles Roufus), step in and close distance incredibly fast while aiming to contact with their own upper shin. The strongest part. They also don't throw it full force because it's a "war of attrition"...tap, tap, tap, tap...oh now you're unsteady on your legs for some reason. 😂 Technique is everything. ✌
I've seen kicks done the way he advises getting the shin broke. The reason for the break is momentum. Thai nak muays don't break because their bones are thicker with higher density because they literally grew up doing that, their physiology is different
Behind that red sheet he’s holding like 10 swords and every time the bull runs through he gets stabbed until he drops dead….I have zero respect for matadors
when he threw that left straight 0:58 that guys shakes and felt it even though that's not a full power. And look how he twist his legs and hips to deliver every punch.
