I just wanted to give you a shout-out for what you're doing. I'm 12 years sober in AA and have worked all of the 12-steps multiple times. I've had the privilege to take guys through the steps as well. Im also exploring incorporating low dose in my life and Im grateful to see people speaking more about this. Keep up the good work!
