Looks great! Thank you for sharing this. I know making Power Coffee is not an exact science, but newbies like me would like more guidance as to measurements. Such cute dogs!
Hello guys. I saw your RU-vid channel video. It's very nice. But there was some problem . that is why your videos cannot reach your audience.if you want i can share explain.
No! AS aspect makes the leg "seem" longer, since it pushes the hip down and could teoretically "lift" the whole pelvis up on the AS side (my case, ASEX left ilium). IN aspect makes it "seem" longer even more, EX is vice versa (PI aspect opposite to AS, shortens it)
AS pushes the acetabulum closer to the ground, the ilium rotates on the SIJ and this can be a compensatory action in which the body is attempting to make up for a short leg... if this AS is then adjusted into a PI direction, this will then pull the acetabulum UP, further away from the ground, thus countering the body's attempt to lengthen the short leg- making the short leg even shorter. So in this scenario, it is magnitudes more important to introduce a heel lift or shoe lift (depending on the inequality measurement), in order to level the sacral base AND reduce sheer and stress to the SIJ. -Dr Todd
@@GonsteadSpineWellness I have a question for you if you don't mind because i am not a gonstead by myself but i'd like to be one of you guyz.. PIEX - does it mean that the leg "look" longer on that side when checking the leg length patient laying on belly (heel slightly lower than the other one)? Because from the videos i've seen i thought it's AS / IN or ASIN that would cause this. I've been at my gonstead on fr. and he made a PIEX on my left side a second time and i've always had the left leg longer about 1.5cm than the left (when comparing to the right one laying on belly). Thank you very much Edit: it shows as left pelvis being higher on the left side (xray) about 1.5cm
Ok right now i see an ASEX right ilium BUT if the leg is already short, moving it PIIN could worsen the things potentially. See there is an AS aspect that makes the leg seem longer and EX aspect that makes it seem shorter.. teoretically it could be more EX than AS, causing it looking shorter (and that EX aspect is quite several yes). Btw i did not check the foramen body because it's too small and i'm at 720p, sorry for that. If set as an ASEX and the leg still short - heel lift. But you have to try different heights since the chapters are not entirely "accurate"🙂 Edit: could be as well left PIIN, depends which side is stuck / moves worse
The big picture is as follows: a large leg length inequality is almost always driven by a physically short femur or tibia and NOT an ilium misalignment at the SIJ. These people need a physical lift or modified shoe, no adjustment of the pelvis is going to correct this.
@@mnowadmin5676 sorry i probably misinterpreted it.. i meant that test that shows you which leg "seems" shorter and which longer to help determine AS In/Ex slash PI... Ilium

Okay great so you've identified that I have golfer's elbow and I also have tennis elbow at the same time. I knew that already I came here to find out what to do about it because it doesn't seem to be getting any better. You said that you would tell us what to do and you just didn't
I have had pain on the outside inside and center of my elbow for about 2 months now and it doesn't seem to be getting any better it gets a little bit better for a while and then all the sudden gets worse again and resting doesn't seem to be fixing it it's not bad pain and it doesn't hurt constantly but obviously I can't lift anything heavy or squeeze anything hard and it is very discouraging at this point because even with rest it seems to get better and then starts to go and get worse again
I watched the whole thing and about 3 minutes of the video a second time. What you are talking about has been being done for years. Nothing new. Every Gonstead practitioner that I know believes in rehab and better posture instruction. They aren’t stuck in the 60s. Restore healthy curves? I have heard this for years and have yet to see that you can change curves very much unless we are talking about antalgic situations and heel lift work. You are so smart that you are the only Gonstead guy that does rehab. Sales pitch BS.
I am an example of the necessity of x ray. My chiropractor, who practices Gonstead, of course x-rayed my spine and found that I have bone spurs from my upper thoracic to my upper lumbar spine. He told me he would not have known it without the x-ray and further that he would not adjust those areas of my spine because it could lead to breaking my back. From that conversation, I assume had I gone to a chiro who does not x-ray, theoretically I could have come away with a broken back.
Thank you so much for this! You offer some of the best help I've come across. I'm looking to avoid surgery and eliminate pain for a partially torn tendon.
I love your info. I’m learning not all chiropractors are created equal after a yr of trying to heal. I’m miserable and I’ve spent so much money on so many different ones. I’m desperate to find the issue and no one seems to fix me. 😢
i almost positive i got my tennis elbow of my right have by using my Computer mouse all day then i play drums on the weekend and hurt it more but then i am back to work using my mouse the band around my arm does not help so i will try these things WHAT is that Finger yellow band called if i look to buy it i will try to look it up THANKS 🙏🏻 i will let you know how it works out plus i was scheduled for a SHOT i think i will try not to do it yet i have 2 week before the shot
plus my chiropractor who is a family friend which is kinda funny i will show him this video but i also have the gel in my spine that shots out if i fall asleep in a chair seem to happen then but it pushes on my nerve which then makes my arm hurt so double pain i get adjusted and at least i can keep that pain down hard to get to in the middle of shoulder blades i forgot what number vertebrae that is, but I think it’s in teens ok just added that if needed
u r 100%ryt sir as i am suffering from tennis elbow due to such workout because when i was doing this workout i have felt light pain but when i did it often it became the tennis elbow
As a LMT I can adjust my own back after icing and get relief I need. Things I don't want are: x-rays, and horrible drop tables. It's hard finding those who are really really good at chiropractic. I've had a great one who retired and haven't found great one since.
Hi! My 18 years old daughter has a 5.2 degrees sclyosis and I've heard of the benefits of using a small home trampoline. We own a Bellicon. Will it help or worsen her problem by compressing the spine? Thank you!!!
It's amazing some of the horrible claims chiropractors in Texas claim, claiming to cure such diseases as ankylosing Spondylitis. I wasted money for 20 years being totally misdiagnosed. Finally I found a chiropractor who told "don't let a chiropractor touch your neck" It's rare here to find one who will admit when he is over his head. They even sell various snake oils and overpriced supplements. Sad lack of character so often.
I'm trying to get a healthier back but it may be Losing battle. I have 9 ruptures in my back, no accident, they've just been coming on a couple more each year. 2 in my lower back 4 between my shoulders blades 3 in my neck. Osteoarthritis and backward curve in my neck. But I can squat 235. I'm 51 years old. Female.
Ive been doing seated rows and currently dealing with my first case of tennis elbow...How long do I have to take it easy on it!?!? What was your experience!? 🤔😒😔
Sincere request. Please reply. A guy with skinny forearms wants to do forearm exercises to look decently masculine. So elbow flexions are a must, right? No upright rows of course. So would you say PREHABING the elbow extensors with your recommended exercises every alternate day then doing elbow flexions every other day is a smart way to avoid injuries and get to look decently male (no embarrassing skinny forearms) in a few months?
idk if my symptoms is tennis elbow or not, as you mention if I stretch my hand and press down the middle finger, I don't feel any pain in the elbow area. However I feel constant tingling on my ring and pinky finger especially if I bring my arm up. But, thanks for the video, I think I want to train my arm with some exercise/massage you share here, I already have some of the equipment and would love to try that.
Very nicely done - well organized a la Chubby Emu style. ;) Glad to see another video from you. My only question would be - you mentioned she felt she should have braced for the impact better. Would this have made a difference or could it have caused other issues?
Exactly! Chubbyemu was my inspiration! I should have touched on that more- you are right. ALWAYS brace for impact. Bracing engages the muscular system, sparing the ligaments from taking all of the brunt of the force. Ligament injuries are more catastrophic than a muscular injury. Always brace if you can!!!
More research can be helpful for sure, but if you are familiar with what the “Evidence Based Practice” model is comprised of… its three things: 1) research 2) clinical/ clinician experience and outcomes 3) patient values (what the patient wants and experiences as a result) One third is comprised of “research”, making it important, but not the ONLY factor. With that said- we practice in an extremely evidence based approach- please watch this video and better understand the guidelines of instability that are cited: these are AMA Guideline figures, this was identified in a Chiropractic clinic (ours) and missed in the ER. We simply follow the standard of care and ensure we don’t skip these critical steps, this benefits our patients in order to achieve a proper diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be delivered: whether it’s within our scope or requires co-management with other medical professionals.
