When I think of conflict in a team, it usually involves escalations to the edge of violence and hard hats being thrown or underhand crap like purposely not copying a strategic person on important email dialogue. If people just disagree that's not conflict in my book, it's just normal joisting towards a solution.

Sir, I think the tehing that angers me the most is the arrogance of architects, engineers etc. Is the arrogance displayed by people in the professions. You totally disregard the trades people that bring your designs to life, i.e. "Architctural Digest". This magazine lauds and magnifies the designer of the featured projects, yet ignores the flks working with their hands to exemplify the worthiness of said projects. The Brooklyn Bridge in all it's beauty, is but a picture on a piece of paper without the work of the thousands of behind the scenes employees, be they secretaries in the engineers office, the men digging the casons or the guys stringing the wire. All played an integral part in the construction of this bridge, yet it is the engineers who garner all the praise for the creation of this mainstay of American ingenuity.

Bro as hvac engineer i have a 4 yrs career gap so how should i mention it in resume & more importantly how to explain it to recruiters in upcoming interview when i haven't done much voluntary work etc due to family reasons, duties but have watched many useful lectures on RU-vid so can i mention that or will that be too smaller reason for them to judge me ?
