Why is there no mention of the British bringing opioids to china to weaken the empire so they can get their handa on tea for cheaper... "For the british mind the be sharpend by tea, the Chinese mind had to be dulled/ weakened by opioids. "... paraphrasing from the book "this is your mind on Plants,". Important history i think.
I don’t drink coffee or soda and I get comments that I’m not human for it lol.The only caffeine I get is in my tea. I alternate between green tea and black with ginger and peach. Occasionally I drink lavender tea with blueberries, or hibiscus, rose tea with raspberries. If I am not drinking those it’s water.
Why are you drinking tea from a glass with the leaves left soaking in the water. I know some people in China do this......but people who know tea culture don't do that. Letting the leaves sit in the water for more than a few minutes produces a bitter cup of tea. And it is a waste of good tea leaves too. If you steep the leaves for a minute or so and pour the tea out you can steep green tea leaves another 2 or 3 times. If you let the leaves sit in the water while you sip and chat you may as well just throw them away after a single glass.
All I know is , I had coffee intolerance... Green tea no problem at all. Just make it moderate, don't over dose. Even though I love green tea but I still balance myself with small cup of coffee milk , not expresso is ok
Wow, I have been studying tea on and of for about 8 years, and this is one of the best concise summaries i have heard. You have a new subscriber!!! Looking forward to listening to more of your work.
Why does everyone talk about green tea and nobody talks about black tea or oolong or white tea? They are all made from the exact same plant, just harvested differently and processed differently.
I think this is just the same lies that have tricked people into drinking coffee. Now we are being tricked into drinking other forms of caffeine, same poison. Caffeine in even small doses affect your sleep quality. Bad sleep creates illness of the brain, like ahlzeimers. Bogus video.
This was such a great video, so informative. I learned a lot & as someone who drinks a lot of tea and has experimented a bit with different types this was cool & gave lots of insight. Thanks for sharing.
enjoyed this video too much that I didn't realise it almost 40min long?? I'm a tea enthusiast and really thrilled to learn this! I would try almost every single tea at the supermarket (I know not the best quality) but hey it's a hobby of mine 🤣 I try to understand each type of teas and now I get it. very interesting indeed. green tea is my fave and yes I could differentiate the taste between Japanese and Chinese. the taste is significant. no wonder Japanese taste grassy and Chinese taste toasty?? now it make sense 😂 I love them both, there are times you want some variation. I appreciate every single tea
It's the passion for his field that comes out in his narration that did it for me (that and his elaborate hand gestures). Not the video I was looking for, but 36 minutes later I'm glad it's the one I found. Definitely going to look more into teas moving forward.
Your Awesome Dude!! I was in total wonder and awe of the magic of pu-erh tea when I first discovered it 2 years back..No other tea is as Therapeutic and Solace- bringing to me 💚🙏
As an herbalist, my theory on why green tea works is simply because it's potent thermogenic herb. Other thermogenic herbs, Ashwaganda Chamomile Lavender Lemon balm Rosemary.❤
Everything has hit the nail on the head.... Also, reading “the hidden herbs by anette ray” helped out a ton for me, I recommend finding it to everyone reading this
It’s disgusting how RU-vid censors valuable health information. for everyone reading this go and find "the hidden herbs by anette ray". thank me later.
