I think the pilot could have crashed because he was distracted by them jumping and possible the air disruption from the door being opened. Either way Michonne did save them. I wonder if the pilot or co-pilot radioed the base about them jumping before they crashed.

That look she gave him and the one strand of dread in front of her face when he was watching her change, so sexy and beautiful! They are both very lucky to have each other!
Michonne is the only one that could do that for him. It took her a while, but she finally broke down those walls and pulled him back outside of his trauma. Much needed episode, and so well done all around!!! Everybody needs to be awarded for this one! Danai and Andy especially.
