Also, the symbolism in Rick changing out of the CRM uniform when they were finally leaving to go home together after wearing it throughout the entire episode, while Michonne changed out of her CRM fit as soon as she got to the house :(((

9 years is the total time Rick was gone. RJ was 5 years old when Michonne left he is almost 8 years old and you have to add the year Michonne was pregnant and gave birth.

I’ve got a theory. Remember Esteban said his girlfriend is a journalist? Maybe she’ll investigate the atrocities committed by the CRM against innocent people. That would convince Esteban to rally the citizens to join Richonne’s fight. What do you think? ( It’s not a coincidence he’s dating a journalist.)

This information given because a lot of panels covering this show have missed this point. And keep going on about, they just happen to find a clean building with running water and modern technology, etc. When everything else has gone to hell. The second paragraph is based on interviews where Danai let us know the time line and how long that Rick has been gone. Therefore, long before the series got aired. The time gap in both E1 and E2 is 3 years. That is 6 years after the bridge, when Michonne went in search of Rick to NOW present day when she found him, one of those years recovering from the chlorine gas. E2. No spoilers.....

nope Judith is 10 as she was born 2011 she was 3 years old when rick got taken in 2014 then the 6 year time jump to 2020 to judith 9 years old putting on that hat at the end of ricks last last episode and in 2019 the year before rick cut his hand off and the walking dead beyond takes places 10 years in and jadis says that she was picked up in the helicopter 6 years ago and that was 6 weeks after the downfall of omaha rick has been gone 7 years almost 8 the same age as RJ michonne left the kids during the 6th year after the bridge and during that year rick was doing his last escape that didn't go through because of that little girl and he got put on a mission with thorne for 12 months on the 6th year and michonne was also in the mall for a year from the 6th year to the 7th year and reunited with rick at the end of that 12 months from Autumn to Autumn

Danai Gurira let us know on the Xfinity interview, that 6 years after the bridge Judith was a precocious 12 year old and RJ 5 years old. In one of the other interviews she said Rick had been gone a total of 9 years. Therefore, the time span on TWD from Rick blowing up the bridge S9 E5 to when Michonne left to find him on S10 E13 (the 6 year time jump) referred to as 6 years after the bridge. However, we must also understand that each episode has its own time jump and flashbacks. This is how I kept track. If I saw Chloe Garcia-Frizz, then she would be the 4 to 5 year old Judith in flashback or before the bridge. The reason why we never got to see the 6 year old Judith is because Chloe would only be 41/2 years old. That said we did kind of see Judith around that age. That would be on S8 E1 "Mercy" And S8 E9 "Honor" This is the season we lost Carl, therefore, present day Judith is around 3 years old, this would either be Chloe or her twin Sophia. The flash forward scenes in both episodes we see the 6 year old actress Kinsley Dillon play Judith. If we see Cailey Flaming's Judith, then it is the 12 year old Judith 6 years after the bridge. Cailey got the role when she was 10 years old. Her character was 12 years old. Since her date of birth is 25th March 2007. When S9 started on Oct 7th 2018 and concluded on March 31st, 2019. She would be 12 years old. When S10 started on Oct 6th, 2019 and concluded on April 4th, 2021 (This because they added another 6 episodes) she was 14 years old. The same with Chandler Riggs, when he got the role he was 10 years old. His date of birth is 27th June, 1999. However, his character was 12 years old. Therefore, when they shot the pilot on May 15th, 2010, and the rest of the series starting from 21st June, 2010, to when the pilot aired Oct 31st, 2010 and concluded Dec 5th, 2010 (S1) he was 11 years old. There was an 11 month gap to S2 aired on Oct 16th, 2011 to its conclusion on March 18th, 2012. He was 13 years old. the age Carl was at the start of S3.
