Ooh thanks for the Paula's Choice reminder. I need a new eyecream but was waiting to see if there were any sales, I checked 'cos I thought what you used was on clearance so I was going to tell you to go get it (it's not, it's their Antioxidant range in the lighter red packaging) and they've got a free Resist Intensive Repair Cream on $75, which is the price of the eyecream so yay. That's my neck moisturiser in for free so I don't feel bad about not waiting for a sale.
I forgot to try whiff of wafflecone on in the perfume shop as I was too busy trying tea, mint and filthy beach sex perfumes. But it was lovely in the bottle (waffle cone I mean)
I’m sorry, I’ll be a bit off topic but considering you have entered spring I really recommend you try Lattafa Qaed Al Fursan (black bottle with a horse). It’s an Arabic brand and this perfume in particular is amazing! It’s a juicy realistic pineapple with a touch of men’s cologne. It is great on both, men and women. I agree with your opinion on most perfumes that you talk about (RIP CK2), so I think you are going to enjoy it ❤
Thanks for the heads up! I have a few Lattafa fragrances so I am all for the Arabic fragrance brands. I have heard a lot of buzz about the white bottle, but I haven't looked into the black bottle! Will do some research ❤❤❤
I have been using cleansing oils and balms for close to 30 years. It’s the one part of my routine I CAN tolerate a beautiful fragrance. If I don’t get it there, I just want to power through it and use it up.
I adore Mooncat - have so many shades I love, but if I can recommend one, I’d say Pandemonium. Since you love a orangey red lip, I think you will adore this color…it’s a very special formula and shade. I also have loved Imaginary Authors for some time and in particular their fragrance Saint Julep. It is boozy and bright and since you are a fan of yuzu, I think you might like this too. I haven’t bought any Mooncat polishes, but I’ve noticed on Reddit that a lot of people’s bottles have arrived cracked or broken. Have they changed their bottles?
@@jasmine.lavender I’ve never had an issue, and I think I own 40 polishes. That being said, I live in NYC and they are next door in NJ, so they don’t travel too far
@@jasmine.lavender The new collection has new bottles and they are phasing out of their old bottles as they make new batches of the older polishes. I haven't had any issues with my bottles too, and they travel across the globe to me haha.
Ooo wiff of wafflecone sounds like something in my wheelhouse. I also quite like maple syrup scents. My favorite right now is kerosene followed. It is a maple syrup and coffee mix. Just one drop will last hours. Although it may be too strong for you if you get headaches easily.
I have another Kerosene fragrance, but I have looked at followed and am worried it will be too heavy for me. I do have a cheaper coffee fragrance that I like but I don't think suits me, I might start layering it with whiff of waffle cone to get a similar vibe! Maybe next winter haha
@@KitschSnitch yea the followed fragrance is quite oppressive so its probably not suitable for people who get headaches easily. While i dont get headaches easily i only use not even a whole spritz (literally just a dribble) in case ppl close to me are sensitive to fragrances because of that.
Salt & Straw is a local shop here in Portland OR. It’s a gimmicky, pretentious place, so naturally white hipsters around here adore it 😂 I bet it smells amazing though, I love those notes

Great vid, I was a bit late to the game but I’ve recent discovered and really enjoyed using Givenchy L’interdit and Charlotte Tilbury airbrush flawless foundation and of course I’ve loved my glaminatrix and cosmic brushes eyeshadows 😊❤

As 2024 draws to an end we see the ongoing war in Ukraine, escalating conflict in the Middle East and the important issues at play in elections in the USA. Somehow, I am engaged with world events, show up to address issues in my local context through my daily work and still enjoy panning content! Getting dressed and putting on my ‘no make up make up’ keeps me sane in this world. There is a variety of content in my feed - each plays its own role.
Almost like more than one thing can be true at all times. You can be concerned about global issues AND you can watch content on using what you own. Life allows for it all
