Such stunning pages! I really love the dreamy atmosphere. The girl by the pond, admiring the moon, and the multitude of dragonflies on the second page look so magical! Your pages simply radiate tranquility and the beauty of the night sky. It's touching how you've captured the magic of the moon and the glow of dragonflies. Excellent work!

Donna! You are the african violet Queen!! I love african violets, but never have mine looked like yours!! You've inspired me to get another one to try. It is just so cool that you are propagating and getting so many healthy plants. I love that you shared this today! Thank you!! 💖
@@GwenTheTrashWitch Hi Gwen, Good Morning. Thank You. Yes you should definitely try growing an African Violet again sometime. The secret is good draining soil, water from the bottom in a pan. They have very fragile roots & dont like to be over watered. Only water once a week on the same day. An eastern window is the best location but will do well back from a south window. Not every leaf will propagate but just keep trying.I'm not sure why that is? I'm glad you enjoyed my Video & hope you try again. TYFW I hope you have an Awesome day.🌝💗💕🦋

Hi, Simone Thank You. AWW some plants are harder to grow than others. Look for plants that require litte light & care. .I seem to do well with the African Violets so I stick with growing them. I have had plants no matter what I did they just didn't do well. So sometimes it takes time to figure it all out. I appreciate your coming by & watching.I hope you have a nice day & wonderful week. Playing catch up with watching videos.🌝🩷💕

Hi Donna 💜 Your African violets look amazing! So green and healthy and no brown leaves! Years ago I had some but probably didn't know how to care for them because they always got brown leaves. The variegated violets are so pretty, I've never seen that type. Thanks for sharing this. 💖💜💗 added to ask: I rewatched but I'm not sure how you started the new plant...did you just cut a leaf off and stick it in the dirt...or a glass of water to get roots. ?
@@BarbyDailey-Rurallife40 Hi,, Barby. Good Morning.Thank You. Brown leaves sound like overwatering or disease. You should try growing them again. Just have to clip off a leaf, put in the soil. Not every leaf will take or propagate I'm not sure why.. So I just keep trying till I get lucky. The secret is well drained soil, water from the bottom in a pan, & only water once a week on the same day. This allows the soil to dry a little .They dont like a lot of water.I was so Happy to see the baby plants growing & doing so well.I hope that helps. I thought I would post a video while the African Violets were blooming beautifully. TYFW I hope you have a nice day & a wonderful week.🌝💕💗
@@DonnaDesigns Hi Donna. Thanks for the info. Yes I think I will try again. I'll have to find some. I think having the special soil would help too. Have a great week too.
@@BarbyDailey-Rurallife40 Oh that's awesome. You usually see them in the stores around springtime. Although a garden center or nursery may have them. Year round. I hope they will do well for you. They truly bring prettiness indoors. Especially nice during winter as we patiently wait for Spring.🌝💕💗🦋

Oh my gosh Donna….you most definitely have a green thumb!! Your African violets are beautiful!! I didn’t know a leaf 🍃 from the AV would grow to a new plant. I have an oregano plant from Puerto Rico that does that too. Great video!!😁

Hi Donna! I had no idea that there is a specific African Violet potting mix! Really - it starts from one leaf? That's in credible - wow! Your medium ones are so gorgeous! Oh they are so gorgeous - I love the one with the lavender curly edges. Amazing that all these plants came from 3 original plants. Amazing! Love it!!!!
@@LYLOCrafts Hi Rana, Good Morning. The soil can sometimes be only found at a garden center store. Lowes & Home Depot used to carry it. If you cant find it not a big deal.YOu can then use all purpose soil & mix with some peat moss. African Violets require very well drained soil. I am so Happy to see akl the baby plants growing & doing well. Not every leaf will take so you keep trying till you get some that propagate. I thought I would post a Video while the African Violets were blooming beautifully. I appreciate your coming by & watching. Hope you have a beautiful day & week.🌝💕💗

Hi Donna, you're definitely an expert and they are so beautiful! I have a variety of perennials. @@PerfectlyImperfectJunkJournals Hi, Gina, Good Morning. AWW Thank You. I think having a east window & only watering once a week helps the African Violets thrive. I love lilies. Those are such beautiful, healthy plants! I've tried to propagate by leaves a few times, but they never took. I haven't had luck with aloevera either. My Christmas Cacti do fine. The pink and white striped flowers are very pretty. I've never seen that before.
