This is amazing and wonderful! As a mindful movement practitioner, and lover of the human body, I am so excited by this video. It has also inspired me to look even deeper into manual lymph drainage and continue to promote movement to move the fluid as I already teach my students about.
And one should ask…. Why is it the first thing they want to remove. The medical profession is….. compromised at best. Keep in mind “Protocol “, they follow the protocol. The Doctors have little to say in most cases.

Great presentation and illustrations! However, I was wondering if you had the labels reversed at 5:59 into the video. Thought the abductor muscles were always the furthest to the outside of the hand?
This looks amazing, but coming from someone who currently has frozen shoulder, most of these moves are not possible and would be extremely painful. Of course it depends on the stage you are in too.
Hey, I just got my implants (plates & screws) removed as my broken ankle has healed but I have the post operation swelling and I’m afraid about the foot pronation. Will this massage help ??
