This is definitely my new favorite channel! I love your artwork but also how you describe things . This is way more my style versus the more clinical , monotone (aka boring ) informational videos that I frequent while in MT school . So grateful I found you !

Would you ever consider doing a video that covers specific massage for occipital neuralgia? Even if for your patreon members? That would include me 😊 Love your work, thx!

Little f*er muscles throw a hissy fit over cell phones, dishes, computers, laundry...and doing massage! My neck is the first thing to go after a few clients in a row, even as I attempt to "see" with my hands AMAP.

@RebelMassage You mentioned if to intense work is dun here, damage can be dun..Can you talk into that more, I think its equally important to know the negative side of therapy.

Hey question! When working on a part of the body that's just Rock solid what's the best approach? Like someone with plantar fasciitis in the lower leg peroneal muscles?

Do you mean like warming up the body part or positioning the body part for better access???
@michelleatmassagestudentpr6298
@michelleatmassagestudentpr6298 4 года назад
It depends - heat (thermafore) is a really great way to warm up stubbornly hard tissue. Alternatively, muscle shaking and contract-relax techniques are extremely effectively!
