Thanks for your showings of larger lot[ 1 to 3 Acres] homes in Weatherford area....Now Do you have currently any available homes/ Home sites available? Thanks
We have an Ashlyn Home and LOVE IT. We looked at soooo many properties but when we walked into that house, we knew we had to have it. When it's time to build our forever home, we will search out Ashlyn and hopefully they will build it for us. Thanks for the video.
Man this broad needs to get a job. We have WAY to many leeches trying to profit off of our housing market. We need affordable housing, not high dollar sh!tholes like this. Our housing market is doomed
For those that are looking at the Ventana community, I want to give you an update. Ventana is going to be welcoming a new master planned community that is going to be built on the veale ranch property. The community is going to be 3x - 4x Ventana size and is going to be a mix use community. Ventana and the new community are going to be connected, but separately named. Both communities are own by the same property owners and will have similar builders (e.g , Lennar homes, Perry homes, Meritage homes, Trophy homes, Tri-point homes, and etc). As far as a mix use community, there will be schools, businesses, trails, pools, and etc built in and around the community. The schools are shared between Aledo ISD, Benbrook ISD, Fort Worth ISD, and etc between the two communities. Ventana is growing exponentially, and the neighborhood is like a big family where everyone shares what they have. If you need some to watch your pets, kids, or the house, just text on the community Facebook page, and someone will reply within 2 mins to 1 hour with some help. As far as who lives in the community, we have a lot of medical professionals, engineers, scientists, veterans, teachers, and etc. The only concern I would share is that, much like any larger community, regardless of price, make sure you inspect the property because the city and builders aren't looking out for you. P.s., Ventana is priced between high $300,000 - $500,000, but most of the houses are between high $400,000 - $700,000 currently. Ventana community has added to the community's amenities by building a new pool and dog park. There are additional projects forecasted, and residents get to vote which are built. Finally, HOA sits around $900 annually.
We are in the process of closing sometime next month 🤞 I’m so excited to move to Godley, tx.. my family and I are packing up from the city of sin to TX ♥️
Hi just wondering if you knew anything about the Aledo realstate? As far as pricing and if there is any new construction, and what the price of the new construction would be. Thank you!
@@KristinMcNielRealtor Hi, I'm looking for half an acre to an acre around the 400,000 to 500,000 range. I'm looking at midlothian as well, do you anything about the area? I have two young children as well, so I'm looking for a place that's family friendly as well. Thank you for your time!
@@elsamedeiros9384 yes ma’am! I have several clients looking at Midlothian as well. There are several options right under $500k in weatherford, springtown & Godley. If you want to send me your email I’ll send them to you
Ok, so I am in new home sale and this must be an old shoot , my son is buying in Godley. He has not seen prices with land in the 300's. How old is this video ?
I am strongly considering moving to this area! As I've been searching through many towns in Texas and nothing was really speaking to me. My family and I will be moving out of state soon after August but I do have more questions as this would be my first home buying process. We need a town that we can really root ourselves in and make a permanent home for our kids. Can I message you separately for further questions? Thank you in advance!
