Specials like the FAEB, MPBM, and this thing almost feel like a war crime. The blast radius is so unfathomably massive, that I feel like there'd be no body to bury.
Ah yes. The Fenrir. Reminds me how puzzled I was when I tried this Freshly unlocked Plane (back in 2013 when I had ACX) in the second mission. Somehow I locked the LSWM in the perfect spot so that the mission ended 10 Seconds after it began. If you do some hackin' shenanigan stuff like installing cwcheat onto your PSP, you can even carpet bombing the shit out of the Strange real world, until your PSP crashes. On ACX2 it's a bit more difficult, not just to get matching cheats for it to work, but also (beside the LSWM) selecting the correct* secondary weapons (since in ACX2 you can select any Missile types for both slots, unlike the rest of AC games) - bc if you select any weapon that can be shot 4 Times (I.e. 4 missiles ready to fire) or any sort of a UGB, the PSP violently yeets itself into crash and recovery mode (you know, when you start the PSP for the first time you get greeted with a menu to set up Time and date, language and Region before you can start the gaming experience on the PSP - which actually happens every time when your PSP battery is drained for not using it in years - but in case of ACX2 + Cwcheat + Weapons that cwcheat doesn't like = PSP be like: "fuck this I gonna reset myself.") So, yeah. Quite a story, huh? Went from Fenrir itself, to PSP versions where it originated from to how I fucked up my PSP console in daily basis with cwcheat add ons, just in order to have some extra fun... Hah, screw this, I even did this with the Fenrir mod in AC7 until my RTX 3070 cried by begging me to stop spamming LSWM's everywhere - I gonna continue this! 😂
at 9:50 all UAVs are killed. Then the 2nd wave arrives and the targeted UAV tries to isolate himself from the others before he's hit. This adaption is actually crazy. Even tho they don't stand a chance they actually adapted immediately.
The terminal isnt half as bad because ive used it and when you are neck to neck with another person that 5 seconds you can clutch up with only one health left and win, unless if you are facing a needle stagger specialized build...
I mean, that against your build? Yeah, terminal was a bad choice. Guy ate a ton of damage from you from lower movement speed. But on a high mobility kite? I've clutched many a match because of terminal. And it's even more useful in pvp. Don't sleep on it, it's five seconds of near invulnerability.
There's one situation in 1v1s where I think it can work. If you have a high damage build with high agility and stagger resistance, it can be reasonable to run. I've seen heavyweight builds with redshits and laser rifles that can make it work I think. They out put so much damage and work by trading into opponent shots that terminal isn't a bad choice. It's not easy to get away from them (both because they're using enrgy weapons and they can assault boost pretty fast) and they pack a wallop. So in a situation against someone else with terminal armour they would probably stagger and kill them first. And if someone was running something else, they could probably push through in the final 5 seconds and unleash hell upon them.
I've fought some builds like that, typically I'm uncomfortable with how close AP gets but terminal armor means I can be aggressive as I want and control the flow of the fight, and use my PA to counter terminal push since I REALLY don't want to use it early.
Same build all lightweights in PvP run. Dual vientos, basho arms, left shoulder laser slicer, right shoulder whatever you want, Ocellus FCS. Nachtreiher legs, lightweight core and head. Most people use the Alula booster. Go nuts.
