Making my passion my career. Been a petrolhead for as long as I can remember and always had a passion for creating videos. Welcome to my RU-vid channel, let’s do this together...why? CosWeCan!
Do you have a video on how you fitted the roof pop up bed? Can’t find a link to buy one I have exact same van currently making into a camper and want the same pop up roof
I have a 2011 Mk7 H1L1 Trend... and love it! But the small bits i hate about it. If the passenger cup holder is used. you cant see the mirror on the left. Drives me crazy. The passenger seats have almost no leg room, which as the driver doesn't bother me, but the lads complain all the time. The bulge in the bulkhead behind the drivers seat is always an issue for us, we move square flight cases, and there is always a gap behind the passenger seat not used. And the main thing, is the rust! Fords are famous for it... ive had Cosworths, Orions, XR2I, XR3Is and 3 tranny vans. All of them rusted, badly! My van mechanically is perfect. But it's getting blisters everywhere and the MOT station even warned me about it on its last MOT. It is so bad now, that it is making me look at Vivaros and others as the next van, which is a shame. But other than that, absolutely love it!
Tell that to my old diesel. Zero smoke, almost entirely odourless. That means minimal risk of EGR and DPF problems. Got rid of a hole in the power band on my old car too. Better torque and can use lower revs than on supermarket fuel. Of course if it’s on a lease and going back after 2 or 3 years the benefits are much less obvious since the issues become someone else’s problem.
Just bought a new to me mk7 van and the seller's garage must have jetwashed the thing as ots absolutely sopping wet under the rubber mat. Have cut it out just now as could not be arsed removing the seats, must have been about 3 pints of dirty water under the floor. Going to kwt it dry out fully now we have warm weather then whack it back in and cover it with some of these cheapo mats. They look decent. Are they still good?
Im going through this today,i have owned the car for three years, they let me put my plate on now I'm getting told exactly the same, did you eventually get the plate off by postal method ?? its a joke when you phone up,they just read the same as you just read They should do this when you buy the car,not after years of owning it. Do the releice the plate by the postal method as I paid £95 to buy an £80 postal order and send it recorded delivery/
