In this video i show you the paintwork thats been done, we tackle the rust on the underside of my MK7 Ford Transit Sport and make sure it is well restored, prepped and protected against the UK's weather!
My daily driven MK7 Ford Transit Sport is in for some well deserved TLC. Its had a few years of harsh winters so we decided to start looking at the potential rust issues and some body panels that needed some work. You never know what you will uncover with these vans, but here's what we found...

What products do you put underneath the van? Rust converter, zinc primer and then underseal?

I've treated a lot of winter orientated vehicles with wax oil and mercosol. Looks good but isn't that cracks halfway down the sides?

I have MK7 Transit exactly the same I need to have exactly the same work done to it do you have an idea of how much it would cost to do it or recommend anyone that could do the job for me ?

Well it all depends on where you go for how much it’s going to cost. I would recommend getting a fair few quotes and opinions as some people will be too cheap and some will be way overcharging. The only person I would and could recommend are the people I used based in Newcastle 💪🏻 thanks for watching
