Our bodies have internal clocks. Train it to get up at a specific time, it'll get up. I'm up in between 3:45am to 4am every morning. It took me a little over a week to set the internal clock. A little over a week until I just started getting up, no alarm necessary. But it stays on just in case. Zero tolerance for back stepping.

i don't think jacko knows that you can't train hard every single day non stop, you have to rest and recover days then come back rested and train some more days in a row, rest off days, then repeat. doesn't matter if your on PEDs or not, 100% of hardcore BJJ people are on crazy GH and steroid cycles which helps recovery while enlarging heart blockage to die early in life.
