Hi, what about fixing lock ins where i normally place my front trucks down onto the ledge followed by the back trucks, i cannot seem to shake this habit off? almost always i lock in front trucks first
I wanna see a video but anyways if you can be 5050 it doesn't really matter if you lock in front first ... If back truck go over and you have to bring it back, it's probably your aiming... But yeah if you have a video let me know I have insta gram too
I went to check these out and at first try on they felt very close to Emerica Dicksons, and I got pretty interested, but then I noticed the very bottom soles aren’t rubber, they are like a hard plastic. Were these ones you tested with a harder plastic bottom sole or softer rubber like traditional skate shoes? I’m wondering if the harder plastic bottoms is what makes the lower cost possible. I notice other cheap wal mart or target shoes usually have this same type of hard bottom sole. Hmm
I had your whole channel on auto-play, when I was bored and working. Btw, RU-vid can also take away your partnership, if your stats dip too low, so be mindful of that.
Spitfire 93 radial 54mm is the best wheel now. Was an x99 guy but the 93 is the best for every surface including indoor parks that are way to slippery. They slide constantly on everything
I subbed because you told the truth about mini logo trucks. Which no one was talking about. I ended up on venture highs on an April 8.25 but I appreciate the help greatly
im still on minilogo trucks .... i did skate venture low for a while .... but tre was easier on minilogo because of the short wheel base.... i do love venture a lot because landing gets a lot easier with venture...
Ted out of anyone i've ever met in the skateboarding community is the best at teaching and breaking down tricks in a way that makes sense and is manageable. He is also extremely detail oriented in his explanations and not to mention has the patience of a saint leaning on a monument. And when i'm doing something wrong and he gives me a critique, it's in the nicest most polite respectful way possible. Which is unreal and I greatly appreciate. He is a phenomenal teacher, He taught me how to varial flip and i got them down cleanish within in like 2 weeks. I highly recommend his skating tutorials. Ted is a certified ripper!!! This guy should be a paid skateboarding instructor with the amount and wealth of knowledge and skateboarding experience he possesses
That’s rad! I’m so close it’s pretty cool and might sound strange but I’m lowkey loving the excitement of almost being there and building a small community around it. I’m not sure how many 50+ skaters are out there but I’m finding a few. Keep it up dude just pace yourself you got this!❤
Lastly congrats on getting monetized. The vids are helpful and entertaining. I guess for us old guys maybe a video on stretches warm ups you do before sessions. Enjoy getting monetized and please don’t get burned out. The RU-vid algorithm is the meanest boss.
Oh definitely... I just start following a lot of physical therapy type older skaters and that's my interest as well... and It nice having some goals but I definitely pace myself
@@scott.skatesgood luck man. I’ll check out your channel when you post it. I’ve seen on some NHS Fun Factory vids years ago Andrew Cannon would show some warm ups before the shoot. I’m no where near as creative as you all so I have no idea how to make stretching/warm ups etc entertaining
Thanks for sharing all of this. I found it to be really cool. A nice trip down memory lane. I agree. Don’t jump down stuff. The legs can get really injured doing so.
@@2FTSK8yeah man. You’re so lucky to have all these clips. I keep watching that front foot Impossible over and over. My knees ache and ankles hurt just looking at that. If anything get a lower flat bar please. Injuries really suck. My right ankle is on the mend & I’m off to the podiatrist. Yay!
