Terrible form on the Cleans. Teach them how to recieve a bar, and take the straps off! Yes it lets you move weight but none of those guys are clearing their hips! The whole reason for doing cleans is the Triple extension!!! They are all pulling with their upper body as opposed to pushing with their legs. On the catch, get the hips back and get that bar back on the shoulders and recieve the bar!
