Worst product I have ever purchased. It doesn't work. You can't add water if it doesn't automatically make it to your desired. This product is useless.
10 years ago, i thought id save some money, i used half a litre of jik bleach with handy andy and sunlight liquid and cleaned my machine instead of buying the nesspresso cleaner solution. The coffee i drank after that from that machine was insane.... i got abducted, saw aliens, was probed.... please dont ask where but i will say multiple places and i did try my best not to enjoy it..... then I remember waking up about 10 years later and its 2024.... anyway thought id use the nesspresso supplied agent this time.... thats 10 years of my life gone.... I did get back pay from work and i dont know if my local 'shop' sells those probes i got used to.....
Other videos tell you to put the same water in twice into the tank. This video doesn’t mention to do the skilled water back in the tank right now. I’m wondering whether I should put it but it’s hot.

Hello. I’m having the same problem. I've watched this RU-vid video multiple times, as well as followed the paper instructions and the water does not drip. When I push the button three times, the machine makes a roaring noise, the power light flashes white then briefly red, then nothing happens. Please help!! I’d hate to return it if it’s something simple to rectify.
@Nespresso Thanks for responding so quickly. It turns out it was the ‘user error’ 🙃; which most of the time it is. I’m not a quitter so I kept reviewing the RU-vid video and reading the paper manual. What I discovered was there were too long breaks in seconds between my pushing the button three times…go figure. The manual instructs to push within two(2) seconds. Clearly, I pushed outside of that.🤷🏽♀️ My coffee machine is working as advertised, so far. My BIG complaint is the splashing during the drip process. Too bad Nespresso coffee machines do not come with a vertical three-side splash guard. That would be awesome!
Hi. I have the Nespresso CitiZ platinum but the aeroccino does not froth the milk. I’ve tried a fresh carton of milk multiple times but it does NOT froth. I returned my machine and ordered a new one, this one still does NOT froth the milk. I am extremely disappointed

I successfully started the descaling process. Then it stopped in the middle, and the orange light flashed twice a second. When I pressed the button, it restarted for a few seconds and then stopped again... Now I have to do this again and again. I tried to reset it but failed. It will never recover from the descaling mode. What should I do with my thirty capsules left?

Unfortunately my vertuo pop + needed to be returned. It leaked on bottom of espresso machine ...I returned it but didn't get full refund for it. My daughter bought if for me for my birthday . So I was sad thst I had this issue also . My daughter had to pay an extra 30.00 for this and she should not have had to do this....being in retail this should have been made right and had an even exchange on this vertuo pop + since this was no fault of mine for the leaking issues .coffee all over my countertop and stained into the counter because of leakage ...maybe get the next vertuo so you dont have these issues???
We recommend descaling your machine with Nespresso Descaling Solution every 3 months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first, to remove internal mineral deposit that can build up, which can affect the flow, temperature and overall performance of your machine. A weekly cleaning will keep the brew unit clear of grinds and coffee residue.
Anyway, my machine trying to blow up the pressure inside nothing works and finally it shows mistake by red cup sign and one more thing then I left it plugged in The head becomes hot! Finland
